The fully fitted black and white kitchen includes a dining table and seating for 8 people. Equipment consists of cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a separate utitily room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Linen is provided and the property is cleaned on a weekly basis which includes a linen change.
There are palm, olive and lemon trees spread around the villa. On the outside terraces are sun loungers, sun shades, a barbecue, seating area, dining area and an outside shower. The 40 square meter infinity pool has views overlooking the harbour and bay.
